Which course

Choosing the right AI course

The right course depends on which tool your workplace runs. If you're not sure, we'll help you decide in the first conversation.

  • Copilot training

    For workplaces in Microsoft 365.

Copilot in the chat and in the apps, from Word and Excel to Outlook and Teams, plus your own agents when you're ready.

  • ChatGPT training

For teams that want a standalone tool.

ChatGPT in daily work, from the first prompt to projects, research, and your own files, with custom GPTs as the next step.

  • Gemini training

For teams that live in Google Workspace.

Gemini in the chat and in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, plus custom Gems for specific tasks.

What's covered

What your employees will learn

No two groups start in the same place. We shape the content around how you work and what you want to achieve, and no prior experience is needed.

01

The basics

Your employees get a solid understanding of the tool: what it can do, where it goes wrong, and how to use it safely with company information. The foundation makes AI approachable for someone who has never used an AI tool before, and gives your organization peace of mind.

02

Day-to-day work

Participants learn to prompt and use the features inside the tools where they already work, getting help with their inbox, documents, and presentations. AI becomes part of their actual tasks rather than something separate.

03

AI agents

Anyone who understands the basics and the tools in their daily work can take the next step and build their own AI agents, meaning AI preconfigured for a specific task. That's also where it becomes clear where an agent adds the most value, and participants build with a trainer alongside.

Formats

On site, remote, or as a workshop

We train on site across Sweden and Europe, and online wherever your team is. Formats can be combined.

  • Online

We run the training online, with plenty of room for questions. Easy when your employees are spread across multiple locations.

  • On site

We come to you and run the session at your location, with space for the discussions that come up when the whole group is in the same room.

  • Workshop

In workshop format, participants get time to work through exercises and try out what they're learning, with a trainer on hand throughout.

Beyond the courses

When a course is too much or not enough

AI lecture

Good for kickoffs, leadership days, conferences, or staff events. From SEK 14,900.

AI strategy

For teams that want direction, policy, and a plan before committing. Price depends on size and what you need.

The AI Transformation Journey

For organizations that want AI to become a way of working across the board, a single session rarely does the job. The AI Transformation Journey takes your employees all the way to building their own AI agents in daily work, through a process that unfolds over several months at a pace that suits you.

  1. Goal-setting and kickoff
  2. Training sessions with homework
  3. Workshop with your own agents
  4. Follow-up and measurement

The lecture and the strategy are described alongside the training courses in one overview. See our AI services

The certificate

Proof of knowledge

After some of our training sessions, participants can take an optional knowledge test. Those who pass receive a personal certificate, secured on the blockchain and easy to share on LinkedIn.

It's proof of knowledge, for your employees and for you.

André Andersson, CEO and lead trainer at Scribill

André Andersson

André is CEO and lead trainer at Scribill, and runs many of the company's training sessions and lectures. He is used to working with groups that are entirely new to AI and explaining the tools plainly, with focus on what you can actually get done with them day to day.

Janne Eriksson, lead trainer at Scribill

Janne Eriksson

Janne brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the tech industry, including time in senior management with responsibility for an entire sales organization. Much of that work involved getting whole companies to actually start using new technology. He brings that experience into every training session, meeting each participant at their own level.

Jimmi Ask, lead trainer at Scribill

Jimmi Ask

Jimmi is lead trainer and head of technology at Scribill, with more than a hundred training sessions already behind him. He enjoys digging into how AI tools work under the hood and keeping track of what they actually can do. Then he explains it plainly, so even someone who has never touched an AI tool can follow from the start.

Step by step

How it works

  1. 01

    You reach out

We schedule a meeting to go through your situation, what you want to achieve, and which setup suits you best, with no obligation. If you haven't chosen a tool yet, we'll help you decide during the call.

  2. 02

    You get a proposal

We suggest a tool, format, and content based on the conversation, and you don't commit to anything.

  3. 03

    The training takes place

On site in Sweden or online. Some groups want a broad overview, others want exercises or use cases developed specifically for their work. We shape the session accordingly.

  4. 04

    We've got your back

Participants keep the course materials to refer back to. You're welcome to join our open Q&A sessions and themed days. A month later, we follow up on how things are going and what the next step looks like.

  • Which AI training is right for our company?

It depends on which tool your workplace runs. If you work in Microsoft 365, our Copilot training is the best fit. If you live in Google Workspace, the Gemini training is the right choice. The ChatGPT training suits teams that want a standalone tool, and it has been our most-booked course over the years. If you are unsure, we'll help you decide in the first conversation.

  • What does AI training for companies cost?

The price depends on group size, duration, whether the session is on site or online, and what the training should cover. An AI lecture starts from SEK 14,900. Tell us what you have in mind in the form above and we'll get back to you within one business day, with no obligation.

  • What do participants learn in AI training?

Employees start with the basics: what the tool can do and how to use it safely with company information. Then they practice using AI in their daily work, such as writing, summarizing, building presentations, and getting answers from documents and data. Those who want to go further build their own AI agents for recurring tasks. The content is shaped around how your workplace actually operates.

  • Can you take AI training online?

Yes. We run training sessions online, on site in Sweden, and as guided workshops. The formats can also be combined, for example a remote session followed by an on-site workshop. You choose what fits your team's schedule.

  • How long is an AI training session?

From a couple of hours to a full day. The duration depends on what you want to cover, and we decide it together when we plan the session.

  • Is a certificate included?

Yes, for Copilot and ChatGPT training. Anyone who wants to can take an optional knowledge test after the session. Those who pass receive a personal, blockchain-verified certificate that is easy to share on LinkedIn. The certificate is included at no extra cost.

  • Is this right for our organization?

Yes. We have trained small companies, large corporations, government agencies, and schools. The training is shaped around the group and their tasks, and no prior AI experience is needed.
