An AI agent brings your instructions and your material from the start, so your employees don’t start from scratch with AI every time.
But there is a big difference between an agent that worked when it was tested and one the whole team can rely on. An agent that holds up has instructions that work for more than the first case, the right material to work with and clear limits on what it may do in your systems. I get the error “Approval missing” when I try to send an invoice in the Invoice Portal. How do I fix it?

The error means the invoice has to be approved before it can be sent. Here is how to fix it:
- Open the invoice and choose Send for approval.
- Pick your line manager as the approver.
- Once the invoice is approved, send it as usual.

What does AI agent training cost?
It depends on how many of you there are, how long the training is and whether it runs on site or online. Course materials and the Q&A sessions afterwards are always included. Tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

What do employees learn in the course?
They learn to spot the tasks where an agent helps, to build agents for those tasks and to test them until the results hold up. They also learn to give the agents the right material and to share them with colleagues. Those who want to can go on to agents that act in your systems or start on their own.

Do you need to know how to code to build AI agents?
No. You build an agent by describing the task in plain language, adding the documents it should use and choosing what it is allowed to do. The hard part is describing the task so the agent gets it right every time, which is where we spend most of our time.

Which AI tool do we build the agents in?
The one your employees already work in, whether that is Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini. Agents have different names and work a little differently in each tool, such as Gems in Gemini, but what makes a good agent is the same. If you are unsure which tool fits, we help you get that right first.

Do we need special licenses?
It depends on the tool. As of October 2026 you can build agents with instructions and web search in Copilot without an extra license, but agents that use your own documents require a Copilot license. In ChatGPT you build agents in a workspace on a Business or Enterprise license. In Gemini anyone can build Gems at no extra cost. We go through what your licenses cover before the course.

Is it safe to let an agent do things in our systems?
It depends on what the agent is allowed to do. We teach your employees to start with agents that read and write drafts, and to give an agent only the tools it needs. When an agent is about to do something for real, such as sending an email, it can show what it plans to do and wait for your go-ahead.

How long is the course and where is it held?
A few hours is enough to see what agents can do and build a first simple agent. If everyone should leave with an agent that solves a real work problem, it is usually a half day or a full day as a workshop. We come to you or run the course online, and we decide the length together with you.

Is the course right for us if we have never built an agent?
Yes. You don’t need to have built an agent before. We always start from your industry and your work, and we have trained everyone from small businesses to large groups, government agencies and municipalities.
