Starting together
We start with a kick-off meeting where we measure how you use Gemini today and find out where you want to be. Then we shape the format around how you work and what tasks the group handles.

The training sessions
Two online sessions where participants learn to prompt in Gemini and use it in the apps they work in. Between sessions they get assignments tied to their own work, so the learning sticks.

On site, team members build their own Gems, tied to recurring tasks in their work. They leave the workshop with Gems that are ready to use.

Follow-up and measurement

The price depends on group size, duration, whether it takes place on site or online, and what you want to cover. A small group with one session and a large organization with multiple sessions and follow-up are two very different things. Whatever the setup, course materials and Q&A sessions afterwards are always included. We put together the proposal based on what you want to achieve, so you pay for what you actually need. What does the Gemini training cover?
Participants learn to use Google Gemini in their daily work. Most groups start with a foundation that covers how the tool works, safe use, and how to ask questions in a way that gives useful answers. From there they move on to Gemini in the apps they already work in, such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet, and those who want to can go on to build their own Gems. We always shape the course around how your organization works, so the content is ready to use the very next day.

How long is the Gemini training?
It depends on what you want to cover. A shorter introduction takes about one hour, and a deeper session typically runs half a day. The most common formats are two hours online or a half-day workshop on site. We decide on the length together with you.

Do we need Gemini licenses?
No, usually not. If you have Google Workspace, Gemini is now included in most plans, so many organizations already have what they need. And even without Workspace you can get a long way with the Gemini app, where you can try a lot before committing.

Is this training right for our organization?
Yes. We have trained both small companies and large enterprises, and we always build around your industry and your team's tasks. No prior experience with AI is needed.

Is training held on site or online?
Both work well. We come to you on site in Sweden or run the training online, wherever your team is. Some formats combine the two. You choose what works for you.
