Starting together
We start with a kickoff meeting where we measure how you use ChatGPT today and find out where you want to be. Then we shape the setup around how you work and what the team works on day to day.

The training sessions
Two online sessions where participants learn to prompt effectively in ChatGPT and use the features in everyday work. Between sessions they get assignments tied to their own work, so it sticks.

The price depends on how many of you there are, how long the training is, whether it's held on site or online, and what it should cover. A smaller group with one session and a large organization with multiple sessions and follow-up are two different setups. What do you learn in ChatGPT training?
Employees learn to use ChatGPT in their daily work. Most start with a foundation that gives an understanding of the tool, safe use, and how to ask and get answers they can actually use. From there they move on to ChatGPT's features, such as web search, Deep Research, Canvas, files, and projects, and for those who want to go further, also to building their own GPTs and agents. We always shape the course around how your particular organization works, so the content is usable immediately, even the day after.

How long is ChatGPT training?
The length depends on what you want to cover. A shorter introduction takes about an hour, and a deeper dive usually lands at half a day. The most common format is a couple of hours online or a half day as an on-site workshop. We decide the length together with you.

Do we need paid ChatGPT accounts?
No, not to get started. A lot works already in the free version, and you can go far with it. With a paid account you get access to the more powerful models and to features like Deep Research, projects, and your own GPTs in full. Many companies start on the free version and only upgrade once they've seen what they actually use.

Is the training right for our organization?
Yes. We've trained both smaller companies and large organizations, and we always build around your industry and your team's tasks. No prior knowledge of AI is required.

Is the training held on site or online?
Both work. We come to you or run the training online, and some setups mix the two. You choose what works for you.

What happens after the training?
Participants get course materials and access to Q&A sessions, and after some time we follow up. Those who want to can take an optional knowledge test and receive a certificate.
