No. Both the training and the lecture can start from scratch, depending on where you are today. They work just as well for someone who has never opened the tools as for someone who uses AI every day. The only requirement is a willingness to try.

Yes. A journey of change ties together a shared goal, training steps that build on each other, a workshop where employees build their own AI agents, and follow-up with measurement before and after. It spans about four months, at your pace.

AI is a tool that makes employees more effective, not a replacement. The tools handle the repetitive work so people can spend their time on what requires judgment, creativity, and customer insight. That's also how we teach them.
