you use the tool
With Claude you can write in your own voice, summarize long documents, build presentations that look polished, and work directly in Word and Excel. Bigger tasks you hand over to Cowork, which plans the steps itself and works through them while you do something else.
But precisely because Claude can do so much, there's a big difference between dabbling and actually getting something out of it. With personal accounts, what you write can be used to train the model unless someone turns it off in the settings. And when Claude works on its own with your files, it needs clear boundaries. We teach you everything you need to use Claude safely and well.

Research
A thorough review with sources when a search isn't enough
Claude searches the web when a question needs something current, but with Research it works through many sources and gives you a report with reasoning and links you can check.
Docs and Slides
Documents and presentations next to the chat
Ask for a report or a presentation, and Claude builds it with a layout that already works. You change what's needed and download the report as Word or PDF and the presentation as PowerPoint.
Office add-ins
Claude right inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
With the add-ins, Claude edits the file you have open instead of creating a new copy. It can, for example, fix the headings in an entire presentation or move figures from a spreadsheet to the right slide.
Connectors
Answers built on your own material
Connect Claude to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and it pulls what you ask for from your email, documents, and calendars. No more copying and pasting between systems.
Skills
Teach Claude your way of working once and for all
Save how a recurring task should be done, like a quote or a newsletter. When the task matches, Claude picks up the right skill on its own, so no one has to explain from scratch.
Cowork
Hand over entire tasks and do something else in the meantime
Describe what needs to be done, and Claude plans the steps and works through them with your files and programs. You get back a finished result to review, not an answer you have to build on yourselves.

Starting together
We start with a kickoff meeting where we measure how you use Claude today and find out where you want to be. Then we shape the setup around how you work and what the team works on day to day.
- 02
The training sessions
Two online sessions where participants learn to prompt effectively in Claude and use the features in everyday work. Between sessions they get assignments tied to their own work, so it sticks.
- 03
Workshop and custom tools
On site at your location, employees build their own projects and Skills for recurring tasks and try handing over a bigger task to Cowork. They leave the workshop with tools that are ready to use.
- 04
Follow-up and measurement
We meet in smaller groups where the trainer reviews the projects and Skills you've built and gives personal feedback. Then we measure the results against the starting point and take stock of what the journey delivered.

What does Claude training cost?
The price depends on how many of you there are, how long the training is, whether it's held on site or online, and what it should cover. A smaller group with one session and a large organization with multiple sessions and follow-up are two different setups. Whatever the setup, course materials and Q&A sessions afterwards are always included at no extra cost. What do you learn in Claude training?
Employees learn to use Claude in their daily work. Most start with a foundation that gives an understanding of the tool, safe use, and how to ask and get answers they can actually use. From there they move on to Claude's features, such as Research, Docs and Slides, connectors, and the Office add-ins, and those who want to go further continue with Skills and Cowork. We always shape the course around how your particular organization works, so the content is usable immediately, even the day after.

How long is Claude training?
The length depends on what you want to cover. A shorter introduction takes about an hour, and a deeper dive usually lands at half a day. The most common format is a couple of hours online or a half day as an on-site workshop. We decide the length together with you.

Do we need paid Claude accounts?
Not to get started. The free version covers the chat, web search, connectors, and Skills. Research, Docs and Slides, the Office add-ins, Cowork, and Claude Code require a paid account. If several colleagues will use Claude at work, the Team plan is the right choice, since Anthropic then doesn't train on what you write and the organization gets control over the accounts.

Does Claude work in Swedish?
Claude writes well in Swedish, but as of September 2026 the interface isn't available in Swedish and dictation doesn't understand Swedish. In the training we go through where everything is in the interface, so no one gets stuck in the menus.

Is the training right for our organization?
Yes. We've trained smaller companies, large organizations, government agencies, and municipalities, and we always build around your industry and your team's tasks. No prior knowledge of AI is required.

Is the training held on site or online?
Both work. We come to you or run the training online, and some setups mix the two. You choose what works for you.

What happens after the training?
Participants get course materials, and after a month we check in to see how things are going. Every Tuesday there's an open Q&A session where they can ask their questions about Claude and AI, but on the first Tuesday of the month it's a theme day instead, with a current AI topic or news in the tools.
