  1. 01

    Starting together

    We begin with a kickoff meeting where we measure how you are using Copilot today and find out where you want to get to. Then we shape the setup around how you work and what tasks the group handles.

    The training sessions

    Two online sessions where participants learn to prompt in the Copilot chat and use it in the apps they work in. Between sessions they get assignments tied to their own work, so it sticks.

  3. 03

    Workshop and custom agents

    On site with you, employees build their own agents in Copilot Studio, linked to tasks that come up regularly. They leave the workshop with agents ready to use.

  4. 04

    Follow-up and measurement

    We meet in smaller groups where the facilitator reviews your agents and gives personal feedback on what you have built. Then we measure the results against the starting point and take stock of what the journey delivered.

  • How much does Copilot training cost?

    The price depends on the size of your group, how long the session is, whether it is held on site or online, and what it should cover. A small group with one session and a large organization with several sessions and follow-up are two different setups. We put together the proposal based on what you want to achieve, so you pay for what you actually need.   • What do you learn in Copilot training?

    In a Copilot training session, employees learn to use Microsoft 365 Copilot in their daily work. Most start with a foundation that covers how the tool works, how to use it safely, and how to ask questions in a way that gets useful answers. From there they move on to Copilot in the apps they already work in, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, and for those who want to go further, to building their own agents. We always shape the course around how you work, so the content is ready to use the day after.

  • How long does Copilot training take?

    The length depends on what you want to cover. A shorter introduction takes about an hour, and a deeper session usually runs half a day. The most common formats are two hours online or a half-day workshop on site. We decide the length together with you.

  • Do we need Copilot licenses?

    No, not to get started. To use Microsoft 365 Copilot inside the apps, employees need a license each, but a lot works without one, such as the Copilot chat. That alone takes you far, and many companies work and test without licenses for a while before deciding.

  • Is the training right for our organization?

    Yes. We have trained both smaller companies and large organizations, and always build the training around your industry and the specific tasks your team handles. No prior AI knowledge is needed.

  • Is the training held on site or online?

    Both work. We come to you on site in Sweden or run the training online wherever your team is, and some setups combine the two. You choose what works for you.

  • What happens after the training?

    Participants receive course materials and access to Q&A sessions, and after a while we check in on how things are going. Those who want to can take an optional knowledge test and receive a certificate.
