AI training for companies since 2023 5,000+ employees trained 4.8 out of 5 average rating

Our training program

A journey of change
for companies that want
to make AI a habit

A journey of change is our training program where your employees go from a shared goal to their own AI agents in daily work. Two digital training sessions, a workshop on site and a follow-up that shows what it achieved, at your pace.

We've trained 5,000+ employees and know what makes knowledge stick

The foundation

What is a journey of change?

A journey of change is a connected training program that takes an entire work group from a shared goal to their own AI agents in daily work. It runs over roughly four months, long enough for the new approach to become second nature.

Companies that want to introduce AI often find that the tool itself is the easy part. What matters is that the knowledge is used week after week, in real tasks, until nobody thinks of it as new anymore. The program is built around exactly that, with homework between sessions and follow-up that keeps the work going.

Everything runs in the tool you work with. Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini each have their strengths, and we train in all three.

The goal

Where the journey takes you

When the program is complete, employees use the tool on their own, with their own AI agents handling recurring tasks. The knowledge has had time to become second nature, and the measurement shows what changed since the start.

For most companies it takes about four months from kickoff to the final follow-up. The sessions are spread out so that operations run normally in between, and if you're in a hurry, we can shorten the timeline. The program goes at your pace.

With you after the journey

  • Your own AI agents running
  • Personal certificates for all participants
  • Course materials to return to
  • Q&A sessions and theme days

What you keep when the program ends

The structure

How the program works

  1. 01

    Kickoff

The program begins with a kickoff meeting where we set the goal and go through what needs to be in place before the first training session. We measure your AI maturity, meaning how your work looks today, and look at your AI policy. We suggest improvements if it needs work, or help you put one together from scratch. When the meeting ends, everyone knows what to expect.

  2. 02

    The training sessions

Participants learn the tool in two digital training sessions of two hours each. They learn how it works, how to write prompts that get good results and how to use it safely. The format works for those who have never touched AI as well as for those who have already started. After each session, participants get homework assignments tied to their own job, so the knowledge takes hold and everyone arrives at the next step prepared.

  3. 03

    The workshop

The third session is a hands-on workshop with your team, on site in Sweden or online wherever your team is. Participants start building their own AI agents for recurring tasks in their work, with the trainer by their side. Afterwards they continue in smaller groups and let the agents settle into daily work over about a month.

  4. 04

    The follow-up

The trainer follows up with the groups, reviews the agents they built and suggests how they can be made even better. We also check in with you as the client and measure the same things as at the start, so you can see what it achieved.

  • What is a journey of change?

A connected training program at Scribill where a work group goes from a shared goal to their own AI agents in daily work. The program consists of a kickoff meeting, two digital training sessions with homework, a workshop on site in Sweden or online wherever your team is, and a follow-up with measurement, spread over roughly four months.

  • What is the difference between AI training and a journey of change?

An AI training gives you the knowledge in one or a few sessions, and for many companies that's exactly right. A journey of change is for those who want the knowledge to become a way of working. It adds a shared goal at the start, homework between sessions, a workshop where employees build their own AI agents and a follow-up with measurement, at a pace that lets the new approach take hold.

  • How do you introduce AI in a company?

Give it time and direction. Set a goal, make sure the guidelines are in place, train your employees in a tool and let them use it in their own tasks until it becomes second nature. That's how you implement AI properly, and that's exactly the path Scribill's program follows, with support at every step.

  • What is AI change management?

Leading an organization through the shift to new ways of working with AI, often called AI transformation. In practice it means goals, training, practice in your own work and a follow-up that shows what changed. In Scribill's program, that work is built in from the start, and Janne who leads the programs has over twenty years of experience in change management.

  • How long does the program run?

Three to five months is typical, and it usually lands around four. That time is what lets new skills become habit between sessions. If you need to move faster, we can shorten it. We'll build it around your calendar.

  • Which AI tool is used during the program?

The one you have chosen to work in. Each program runs in one tool, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini, so that everyone gets genuinely good at that one. If you are not sure which to pick, we'll help you pick the right one before the journey starts.

  • How many employees can join at the same time?

We run groups of up to 16 participants, so that everyone has room to practice and ask questions. Larger organizations run several groups, each with their own training sessions, and there's no limit to how many groups a program can include.

  • What does a journey of change cost?

The price depends on the number of groups, format, and content. Tell us briefly about your organization in the form above and we'll get back to you within one business day.

  • What does our company need to provide?

Participants who can set aside time for the training sessions and the homework, and someone on your end to check in with during the program. We handle the rest. At kickoff we go through what needs to be in place so that you are fully ready when the first session begins.

  • How is the effect of the program measured?

With a measurement at the start and one at the end. Employees answer questions about how they work and how they use AI in that work, first before the program starts and again once the agents are built and the follow-up is done, so that you can see what changed.

  • Do participants receive certificates?

Yes. Everyone who completes the program receives a personal, blockchain-verified certificate describing what the training covered, from safe use and clear prompts to building their own AI agents.
